Mi chiamo Roberto Brizzi e pratico il Reiki da oltre 35 anni. Il mio percorso nasce dal desiderio di comprendere il Reiki giapponese nella sua autenticità, senza sovrastrutture e senza interpretazioni moderne che ne snaturano l’essenza.
Nel corso degli anni ho studiato e ricevuto l’iniziazione di tutte le scuole di Reiki attualmente riconosciute come tradizionali, approfondendo le loro radici, le differenze e ciò che le unisce. Questo lungo cammino mi ha permesso di sviluppare una visione ampia, rigorosa e rispettosa della storia del Reiki e della sua evoluzione.
Tra queste vie, il Jikiden Reiki è stato per me un ritorno alla semplicità originaria della pratica così come veniva trasmessa in Giappone. Mi ha offerto una struttura chiara, essenziale e profondamente coerente con la cultura giapponese, restituendo al Reiki la sua forma più diretta, pratica e priva di interpretazioni superflue.
Oggi vivo tra la Toscana e la Sardegna, dove insegno Jikiden Reiki in qualità di Shihan, con l’intento di trasmettere un metodo sobrio, rigoroso e fedele alla tradizione. Il mio lavoro si concentra sull’esperienza diretta, sulla qualità della pratica e sulla capacità di portare il Reiki nella vita quotidiana come via di consapevolezza e responsabilità personale.
Per me insegnare Jikiden Reiki significa custodire una linea autentica e, allo stesso tempo, accompagnare ogni praticante a trovare il proprio modo genuino di vivere il Reiki, con semplicità, presenza e cuore.
Oltre alla trasmissione del Reiki, da molti anni insegno meditazione, sono un ipnotista certificato e conduco gruppi esperienziali.

My name is Roberto Brizzi and I have been practising Reiki for over 35 years. My journey began with a desire to understand Japanese Reiki in its authentic form, free from extraneous elements and modern interpretations that distort its essence.
Over the years, I have studied and received attunements from all the schools of Reiki currently recognised as traditional, exploring their roots, their differences and what unites them. This long journey has allowed me to develop a broad, rigorous and respectful view of the history of Reiki and its evolution.
Among these paths, Jikiden Reiki has been for me a return to the original simplicity of the practice as it was transmitted in Japan. It has offered me a clear, essential structure that is deeply consistent with Japanese culture, restoring Reiki to its most direct, practical form, free from superfluous interpretations.
I currently live between Tuscany and Sardinia, where I teach Jikiden Reiki as a Shihan, with the aim of passing on a method that is unpretentious, rigorous and faithful to tradition. My work focuses on direct experience, the quality of the practice, and the ability to integrate Reiki into daily life as a path to awareness and personal responsibility.
For me, teaching Jikiden Reiki means preserving an authentic lineage and, at the same time, guiding each practitioner to find their own genuine way of experiencing Reiki, with simplicity, presence and heart.
In addition to teaching Reiki, I have been teaching meditation for many years, I am a certified hypnotherapist and I lead experiential groups.
