My journey with Jikiden Reiki began in 2022, when I trained under Rita Tanaka in London. In 2026, I completed my Shihankaku (Assistant Teacher) training in Kyoto under Tadao Yamaguchi sensei, deepening my connection to Reiki.

I practice Reiki in its original, simple form — with quiet attention, and trust in the body’s natural ability to restore balance.

Alongside Reiki, I am a trained gemmologist (FGA), bringing both scientific knowledge and sensitivity to the energetic qualities of gemstones and the natural world. This blend of grounded understanding and gentle awareness shapes the way I hold space for others.

I offer Reiki with gratitude, sincerity, and a calm, steady presence from my crystal shop and healing space in Trondheim, Norway.
