Kokoro
In classical Japanese thought, kokoro is regarded as the very center of being human — the meeting point where heaven (ten 天) and earth (chi 地) touch through consciousness.

At Kokoro, we are devoted exclusively to Jikiden Reiki: authentic Japanese Reiki as passed down directly through Usui Sensei, Hayashi Sensei, and Chiyoko Yamaguchi Sensei.

Our activities
Shoden — the foundational course in Jikiden Reiki.
We explore what Reiki truly is, its origins, how it works, and — above all — we practice extensively.

Okuden — the next step, for those who are no longer beginners.
This course deepens your understanding through treatments of the mind and distance work. We offer Okuden in collaboration with Dai Shihan Jaap Pol.

Extra Japanese Techniques — a course dedicated to additional traditional Japanese Reiki methods.

ReiJuKai — practice and deepening sessions in which ReiJu is always offered. Each session gently reminds the Soul of its timeless connection with the Whole.

To support your Reiki practice (or simply as a standalone path), we also provide weekly QiGong (Japanese Kiko) classes, both indoors and outdoors in nature. Our QiGong is rooted in the principle of Spontaneous Movement.

Classes are taught by Lieuwe van der Rol, a student of Dr. Shen HongXun, with a background in Acupuncture and Tuina. Lieuwe has been teaching for more than twenty years. For more information, visit www.qigong.frl
